  • Profile details (Churches): church name, location, denomination (optional), service times, contact person.
  • Profile details (Musicians): instruments, skills, experience, availability, location.
  • Booking & communication data: messages between churches and musicians, booking requests, confirmations, notes related to services.
  • Payment-related information: we may collect limited billing details (like country, currency, and transaction metadata). We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) under their own privacy policies.
  • Support communications: messages or emails you send to our support.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, features used, timestamps.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type.

  • Authentication Providers: We may use third-party authentication providers such as Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In to allow users to log in securely. These providers may receive limited information required to authenticate users, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
